Please be advised that a Canada Post service disruption is currently taking place with rotating strikes lasting 24 hours in cities across Canada. This could delay the delivery of account statements.
To be prepared in the event of a longer-term service disruption, we encourage our members to sign up for online banking access so you can continue to receive your statements in a timely fashion. In addition to gaining access to e-statements, you can complete a number of other activities though online banking including viewing account history and transactions, making bill payments, and transferring funds internally or through Interac eTransfer. The MyMCU mobile banking app is another convenient way to access your accounts from your mobile device. The app is available in the Apple App Store® and Google Play™ store.
In the event of a strike, members can also visit a branch for a free printed statement.
