Annual General Meeting
Join us for our virtual 2020 Annual General Meeting!
WHEN: Sunday, April 25th, 2021 at 11:00am
PURPOSE:
- To receive the reports of the Board of Directors, Audit and Risk Committee, and Auditors;
- To elect Directors;
- To consider a special resolution to amend the Credit Union’s by-laws to increase the size of the Board from 5 to 7 directors; and
- To transact such other business that may come before an annual meeting of members.
DIRECTOR ELECTIONS
MCU’s Board of Directors is also looking for candidates to fill two (2) director positions on the Board of Directors. Subject to approval of a special resolution to be presented at the Annual General Meeting, there will be an additional two (2) vacancies to be filled. The candidates with the highest vote totals will each be elected for a three (3) year term.
The Nomination Period opens on March 8th at 9:30am and closes on March 26th at 5:00pm.
